Prepare for a magical evening as you walk the red carpet and have your photograph taken in Hollywood style. Thank you for choosing to attend our Cornflower Ball and helping us to raise the funds necessary to provide hope for those living with ALS/MND and their families.
Allergy Notification
If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions that we should be aware of, please enter them on the registration form. If you forget, or something new comes to light, you may always return and let us know by filling in the Allergy Notification Form.
Seating Arrangements
Seating is arranged in tables of 8 or 10. If you have a seating preference, please fill in the full name of the person you would like to sit with. If you have no preference, simply leave the Seating Request field on the registration form blank.
